Secure the Loot
Pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship the Goods
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Claim Your Reward
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
